What is coaching?

Coaching asks you insightful questions and gives you the space to access your own wisdom, to make choices to enjoy whatever you want in your life.

How does it work

Initially you will complete various exercises to ascertain:

  • What you want to get out of coaching
  • What are your values?
  • How is your life balance across important areas, say: family, friends, work, fun, finances, personal growth, etc
  • What are your values?
  • What are your unique abilities?
  • How do you think?  For example finish the sentence, "healthy people are ... "

Coaching will help you to explore the present, the current choices, and create the future you want.  It enables you to honor your values and create happiness doing what you want with your life.

What do I use it for in my practice?

I use my training and understanding of coaching all the time in my practice, but rarely do a specific coaching session - I am more likely to combine with EFT or other treatments.  However, I am always guided by my patients, what they want out of our time together, what is their preferred modality and my own experience to how we might achieve their goals in the quickest possible time.
